We spend a full day on your land before touching a pencil. Light, topography, wind, neighbors — the site speaks first.
Concept Reduction
We generate thirty ideas and kill twenty-eight. The two that survive become the basis of every decision.
Material Logic
Materials are chosen for how they age, not how they photograph. Board-formed concrete. Corten. Reclaimed Douglas fir.
Permit & Engineering
We navigate municipalities that have never seen a building like yours. We've done it before.
Build Oversight
Our architects are on site weekly — not to manage the contractor, but to protect the idea.
Commissioning
Light levels, thermal mass, acoustics. We commission the home the way an engineer commissions a bridge.
Handoff
You receive a full archive: drawings, specifications, maintenance calendar, and a letter about what we were thinking.
